McKenzie Strawn
I began training with Victor and Aimee through TRX 6 months ago after months of an inconsistent exercise regimen. I came in with strength training experience but a low endurance level (not a cardio gal) and my fitness goals included toning up and increased endurance. After my first week in TRX, I was hooked. I like the creativity and the challenge of the exercises, combining strength training and cardio. I appreciate that, while everyone does the same exercise, every participant is individually instructed by Victor and Aimee, tailored to their physical fitness level. The passion Victor and Aimee have for health and fitness is obvious and their energy is contagious. After 8 weeks of TRX, I ran the full length of a 5K beating my goal time. I 100% credit that achievement to Victor and Aimee's fitness program. I know I am stronger both physically and mentally. I continue to train with them outside of TRX, and their knowledge, their positivity and their encouragement keep me coming back (all the way from Atlanta).
