I’m Pam Lancaster and I’ve been into health and fitness for over 15 years. While I was working out at the gym one afternoon, one of the employees approached me and asked me if I would be interested in helping teach classes at that gym. That’s where my journey began. For the past ten years, I have been a certified personal trainer and certified group instructor. I received my certifications through NETA. I specialize in strength training, cycling, core and circuit training. My motto is "When it comes to health and fitness, do it for you and you will succeed!" I love to help build confidence in people because confidence is a very beautiful thing in life that a person can achieve!
