"Bootcamp Barbie"

Donna began training with us in January 2017. She had never exercised before and had become tired of her family pestering her about it. She reluctantly called and spoke to Victor and actually confessed that she was very scared of working out. She joined our boot camp at the age of 55 years old. During the first couple of weeks, we pushed Donna past many mental roadblocks she had put up over the years. She was so amazed at how strong she became. We posted the above transformation picture of Donna in July. However, she continues to work hard and is getting more and more confident in herself and her new body. Her daughter nicknamed her "Boot Camp Barbie" when she first began and the name stuck. We couldn't be more proud of Donna - not only for her physical transformation but her mental transformation as well. She is such a positive encouragement to all she encounters.
